Administration Assistant
About Us
GreenLight Energy Solutions is a locally owned solar company helping NSW and
QLD homes and businesses save on energy bills through quality solar and battery
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general administration tasks including responding to emails,
scheduling appointments, data entry, and maintaining customer files. - Assist in booking solar assessments, installations, and follow-up
appointments. - Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and updating
records in our CRM system. - Engage with potential customers by phone and email to qualify leads and
gather key information. - Upsell relevant solar products and services when appropriate to maximise
customer value. - Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure clear communication
between clients and the installation team. - Assist with tasks using Xero.
About You
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales (preferred,
but not essential). - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage your time effectively.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, general office equipment, and learning
new systems. - Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a small,
supportive team. - Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to grow and adapt.
- An interest in renewable energy or sustainability is a big plus!
